Z-Meters, Inc. Developed the online Help for the software supporting an electrical distribution analysis system.
Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (SLAC). Designed and maintained the GLAST System Test Group web site.
Cohera Corporation. Designed and wrote the Help for a web-based program for building and managing electronic catalogs.
Extensity. Designed and wrote the Help for a web-based expense reporting program and for the program that maintains it.
Vision Software Tools. Designed and wrote the online Help for a programmer's software documentation tool, an add-on for Microsoft Visual Basic. This Help system won a Touchstone Merit Award.
Fair, Isaac. Working with a team, developed a strategy for single sourcing. Revised the user's guide for an analytical tool to function as the single source for a printed manual, PDF document, and Microsoft HTML Help system.
Revised online Help for a web-based application-processing program.
Designed and wrote the Help for a Windows decision tree program the portfolio managers use to design credit portfolio management strategies. Created a Windows Help system before RoboHelp existed.
CellNet Data Systems. Wrote the Help for a terminal emulation program that is used to maintain a wireless communications system.
